What wood for wall frame of summerhouse?

As per my last thread I am building a summerhouse. I am competent but a novice to some extent.

What wood would you recommend using for the frame of the walls and the studs?

I was going to use 4x2 C16 treated joists for all of it. i.e. an outer frame and studs at 600mm all in this wood.

Is this overkill and should I just use CLS for the studs or even all of it?

(the wall is approximately 4.5m x 2.4m.
