What work is involved hear (celling repair & installing benches)

Greeting!

Considering taking a property on that needs repairs done to the celling and benches reinstalled

Basically one of the last tenants decided to turn the place into a "grow farm" and has done damage to the building!

From the photos there is the upstairs with tiles missing from the celling and with the benching ripped out, which will need a new bench and upholstery covers and carpet for seating

Also from the photos, is another room (the spare room) And again tiles missing from the celling

From the video is another upstairs room with more tiles missing

What kind of job is this (Joinery or something ells?)
What matirials and tools are need, and labour time involved
What would a contractor charge for it?

What are you intending for the property? Ceilings are easily replaced. Beyond that your question is more like “ how long is a piece of string.” Are you doing the work ( this is a diy site ).
