What's a Reasonable cost of rewire in Bristol?

Any idea what we should expect to pay (before VAT) on a rewire?

Bristol
Terraced, 1980 Victorian house
2 Bed
Floorboards that are exposed (no carpet)
All belongings boxes and moving out to avoid getting in the way/speeding things up
No access to roof space in bathroom


Kitchen

Double sockets = 4

Cooker = 1

Gas combi Boiler = 1

Cooker hood supply but not installation of hood = 1


Sockets downstairs

Double = 11

Outdoor double = 1


Sockets upstairs

Double = 9



Lights downstairs

Pendant lights = 5

Spotlights = 8 (just installed so will just need to be connected to the new ring



Lights upstairs

Pendant lights = 3

LED strip = 1 in bathroom

Spotlights = 2 in bathroom

Wall lights = 2 in bathroom



Fire alarms

Wired in ring, 2 smoke (1 on each floor), 1 heat in kitchen


Other

New control unit

Gas & water services bonding
 
Between £2,500 and £5,000 would be my guess
