What's the max step height for a front door?

Current level of the outside drive way is 200mm below the DPM. with the cill and the frame on the uPVC the step is about 275mm, obviously too big. I'm going to adress this but is there any legal requirements?

I've searched but can only find stair information is there somthing specific for external doors?

The guidance for stairs also applies to steps attached to the building.
The usual recommended maximum rise is 220mm, though that's flexible because it's not always easily achievable at an external door.
If you wanted to leave it at 275, that's up to you.
