Hi
I have a cannon gas fire and unfortunately my children have broken the ceramic tray that the coals were placed on top of, so the flames can get underneath them. However I've no idea what this part is called and after half an hour of googling am still none the wiser. The closest I could find was a radiant but these seem to be upright panels on a different style of fire.
Does anyone know what this part is called or where I would find one? Any help would be much appreciated
Helen
