I think its a discombobulator

what is it off ? I don't see how it can be leaking if its not attached to anything lol[/youtube]

It's under the sink by the stopcock. It pierces a pipe. It's a bit of a codge job from the previous owner of the house.

Its not a codge job !!, its a Bodge job. Get a Plumber in to do the job properly.

It is a self drilling tap. B and q sell them

As Jeff has said. It'll be much better to cut in a T & do a proper job.

Self cutting taps are a load of carp!
You are lucky to get a slow trickle from some of them.
