Whats this..

I occasinally get a message come up when I log on that says..
WINDOWS SYSTEM ERROR, There is a IP address conflict with another system on the network.

I only have one pc in the house and when this message comes up the internet wont work, any advice appreciated.

Do you have a router? Check it's ipaddress against the one on your PC. Could also be someone has gained access to your router (if u have 1) and has assigned the same ip as your PC. Examine the logs to see if there are any MACs you don't recognise.
