Wheel Alignment JIMMY GMC

My Jimmy/GMC is rear wheel drive. When I drive it on high speed (100km/hour) it moves to the right side and steering becomes difficult. Does any one knows about if this is a WHEEL ALIGNMENT problem

it does sound like a tracking problem. try driving steadily at about 30mph in a straight line, let go of the steering wheel and see if the car continues in a straight line, if not the tracking should be the first thing to check out.
