When landing light is on upstairs light don't work????

We have just replaced the hall and landing light switches but now when the hall or landing light is on the rest of the light in the bedrooms upstairs won't come on. When the hall and landing light is off the bedroom light work fine. Really confused!!!!!
 
Make sure you have the same colour wire in the Com (single terminal end) at both switches.

Pictures of the wiring at the switches will help us.

I have looked at every combination of connecting the wire shown. Getting it wrong will stop X2 lamp working when X1 lamp is off but not other way around. So needs more info.

Well you didn't wire the new switches the same as the original. Go and look at the photos or drawings you did of the original and see where you have gone wrong.
