Apart from Screwfix, who have limited choice and large minimum order quantities, where can I buy stainless steel studding, washers, nuts, bolts, etc., online? I can't find anywhere in UK on the Internet.

Yes, very good. Min quantities are similar to Screwfix, but prices are 30% better.

Why didn't Toolnet come up when I searched?

Thank you, Masona

Most ships chandlers supply stainless steel fixings, not sure if it's what you are looking for.

I require A4 grade stainless steel studding, nuts, and washers, in M12 size, to affix decking bearers to an ancient wall. The studs will be resin bonded into the wall. The wall is also the boundary of a stream, so the fixings will be exposed to high levels of moisture, and occasionally, be immersed at times of heavy rain. The decking will run from the garden, across the stream, to the wall, supported on the bearers.

Warehouse Direct and ship's chandlers don't sell suitable products.

Question is, who does??

Have you thought about using Rawlwedge Anchor on the end of your stud so if the resin bonded into the wall failed then tighten the stud. Slightly difference to rawbolt type, the stud push the internal wedge outward to grip the stud into the wall.

Useful site for some odd bit's and bob's.

That's the nuts and washers sorted. Thank you, David & Julie.
Now, all I've got to find is A4 grade studding.

I new they didn't list the stud, but it may be worth asking them if they can get it or for advice.

Stainless is widely used in the foodstuffs and chemical industries, perhaps a specialist merchant in these industries may help.

Try aflectchermarine I don't know their address, they are in Lancashire somewhere.

Try google or similar.

They definately have what you want.

Good luck

Sory mate I made a spelling mistake it should be afletchermarine, I put an extra C in by mistake.
