Where can I buy this? 1/2in galvanised floor flange

Hi,

Photo in my albums.

I found a tutorial on an American website and I need to find somewhere to buy an item. Hopefully I can upload a picture but it is basically a galvanised, circular, 4 screw, floor plate (Flange?) that has a threaded cylinder through the middle. Ideally I'd like to get one that I could screw a copper male fitting into, so I'm thinking half inch?
