where can i find a new ceiling rose

I am trying to find a new brushed chrome ceiling rose to replace the ugly white ones that are currently in my ceiling.
I am unable to find any, does anybody know where I can find one?

Yeah tried them, all their phone lines are busy and nobody has got back to my viocemail messgae; obviously dont want my business!!

And have you tried using their online ordering service?

Yes, tried doing it online, card is rejected, will trya nother card and see what happens. I can't believe that they are the only company that makes/sells them though!
