PLastic ceiling rose

Right i am sick and tired of searching the internet to find this product.

I want to replace the ceiling light on in my new property and cant find a plastic ceiling rose to reduce the size of the hole. The old light fixing was rather large and the hole is larger than my new light rose (standard rose). I want one of the white plastic circles that go under the new rose to cover the holes up. In my rented property i'm looking at three of them in the living room but cant find them anywhere. ive tried most of the internet and can find them in the US but not anywhere here. Screwfix dont sell them either.

i have found this previously on CPC but as no one lists the dimensions of it i'm at a loss as too what size they are. One would assume they are for standard fir roses but who knows?

I guess thats why people used old CDs.

I do find it hard to believe that no one sells these
