Where do I get rubber seal and beading ?

Due to an unfortunate accident I damaged the beading round the glass in the back door.

Now else where in these Forums it suggested pulling the rubber beading out, then using a half Moon tool in the middle of the longest side of the beading to pop the beading out.

Once I've done that , I will need new beading and rubber seal. And then fit it.

Am I mad or is all of this possible?

Any thoughts very very welcome.

Firstly do you mean you have damaged the rubber gasket or the pvc beading?

Rubber gasket is widely available but if you need the pvc glazing bead then it becomes a bit harder to source as you'll need to know what make of profile you have as beads are specific to the profile.

If you don't know which system you have then its a minefield, if you can post up a pic here and i'll have a go at identifying it for you
