Where do you get your supplies from?

I had to do some DIY at short notice today and the only option I had was the nearby B&Q. I was struck by just how expensive it is in there for anything from masking tape to silicone.

Where is the best place to source materials from without being ripped off?

i usually use toolstation for most things, loads cheaper than B&Q and the quality hasnt let me down yet plus you get a free brew whilst you wait if toolstation dont have what you want try screwfix, same company as B&Q but some different products and trade prices.
