Hi all,

Have been asked to replace a damaged flex 'shroud' on a electric recliner. Yes, it's my 'big job' that should carry me through the rest of March! The chair is ancient but has sentimental value, and the inner insulation cores are peeking out the end of the controller for it.

The part I am after is the flex support you get at the end of irons/power tools where the flex goes into the housing of the appliance/tool - you know the bit! I realise they will come in all shapes and sizes but if anyone knows a supplier I would be very grateful.

Also, do these things have a proper name so I can stop calling it different things at random

Thanking you.

Thank you BAS,

Your 'logical and thought-out' mind is one I wish I possessed a bit more.

It was obviously strain relief all along....not medicinal though.....

Thanks again.
