Where to get Longest Cable for Push Button to Valve in Cistern (concealed)?

Pneumatic flush valve operating pipes may be extendable that long?
(Mind, we found the new pneumatic Torrent valve in our ensuite was hard to depress so I bought a battery-powered contactless unit for it. Longer pipes I suspect would make it even harder).
1.5 metres is some 4 foot away from the cistern .... Why that long? Just curious.

Was going to have a back to wall toilet in the smallest even ensuite with the cistern in the neighbouring bathroom. I actually found that some macdee cisterns have 1.5m pneumatic tubes, so hope that helps anyone who is googling for a similar thing
