Where to get these tap covers

Are these replacements available on eBay please? A friend has broken ones (the little clips on the backs have perished) and wants new ones. Are they possible to get?

They are approx. 40mm (1.5”) in diameter.

You can get those covers or ones very similar. Can't remember if I searched under tap heads or covers or tops. About £8.
