Leaking Mixer Tap Neck

Hi,
kitchen sink mixer tap has developed a leak from where the spout goes into the body. Managed to remove the spout expecting to find a knackered o ring but the perisher is actually more a square or possibly D secton seal.
Anyone know where I might get my mitts on one?

It probably WAS a round section 'O' ring when it was new. Over time it has deformed to a square(ish) section, hence the leak.

These taps are a pain when they leak and often it's better to replace.
