Hi,

When I collected my UPVC unit I was informed that if i didn't use the packers with the glazing the sealed units would fail within weeks.

I have one fixed pane which i presume I place the 5mm packers and the bottom and possibly at the sides to square the unit up. The opener is one for the kitchen the has the handle at the bottom. Do I need to place the packers anywhere in particular (toe & heel) or is it just a case of placing the packers at the bottom as with the fixed unit.

Thanks
