Pro stuff like this is a wee bit out of my league Andy, but if it was similar to the smaller electric DIY stuff, it usually points to a lack of water supplying the pump head......maybe half blocked filters or corrosion within. Thats what I'd look at first anyway!
Next, it would be a look at any excess pressure relief valve that was opening too soon, I think.

I spoke to Flowplant and the first thing they said was check the filter, which is clear. The only other advice was to bring it to them to strip down and check.
But as parts may need to be ordered and with them closing for Chrismas this Friday means I might be without my jetter over Christmas.
