wow you lucky person (all the floors being up - lol) cant reccomend a panel but are you going to also install CAT5 for computer, phone lines, TV/SAT coax to every room too?
(you may not think you want them there right this minute but later on, having the wires installed will make it a lot easier when you do - lol)

some will say brand A, others will say brand B others will say brand C, i know that doesnt help, but you need to decide wht YOU want sitting on your wall.
But while the floor boards are up you can always run an 8 core to the possible locations.
1 from each location to the panel, thats panel, not keypad
