Which Aqualisa model is this

Hi all: can anyone help me identify this model of Aqualisa mixer? It's installed in a house that's about 10 years old and head is dripping. I suspect it needs a new cartridge but I want (a) figure out how to dismantle it and (b) order the correct cartridge. Obviously I need to figure out the model to do both, but I can't see it on the Aqualisa website.
