Which boiler? Probably a basic question

My parents are trying to decide between a 34kw boiler and a 29kw boiler, same brand (Worcester Bosch).

Apart from any purchase cost difference, are there any downsides of the more powerful one? Would it *always* cost more to run?

After a little research, i feel a 29kw would be ok for the size of their house etc. But would be good to know more, whether there is any difference in noise or any other factors to consider.

Are you talking about a combi or heat only?

Why not ask the installer?
