Which door?

I've got a build for a garage loft conversion half way through and it'll be 2 rooms, one bigger than the other. The eaves are causing me a bit of a headache when it's coming to planning the precise position of the doors, so I wondered if I should look at a bi-fold on the smaller room?

Any other funky ideas on doors people?
