which floor tiles for shop toilet?

Hi all, I have never tiled a floor before and am wondering how to tile the toilet/wash area in the rear of my shop (it's to be a delicatessen).

I guess primarily I am wondering which colour is best for commercial areas - ie/ which colour shos the least dirt!

Tiles not the best, altro safety flooring or similar is better and less likely to get you sued when someone slips on wet tiles.Easier to clean, no dirty grout lines.
