which ideal standard coupling kit do i need?

You just need a doughnut as long as you have the butterfly nuts and the washers for the bolts.
Seriously though, measure the inside and outside diameter of the pan flush hole and match it to a doughnut. Most of the IdealS' are 110/75mm if I remember correctly.

You don't need a coupling kit ,just a donut washer. The bolts in your pic should have nuts and washers to use on the underside of the pan.
