Which is best, mosaic, 15x20 or 30x60?

This is a small kitchen. The immediate visible area is between the sink and the wall unit is 56cm high x 114wide, with a window alongside 56cm high x 62cm wide.
I would appreciate any comments of advantages and disadvantages of the above different tile sizes.
