Which paint for vinyl fabric?

Unusual request perhaps, my classic caravan has a roof covering of a vinyl soft finish with a canvas type base, it is extremely flexible but waterproof. Problem is the vinyl is coloured black and I want to re-coat this cream.

Can you please recommend a paint finish that will adhere and resist cracking / flaking that I can use. Thank you.

Out of interest I had a Google thinking that there might be some spray paint for upholstery.

There are paints for boat upholstery but the only hits I got were in the US.

Might be worth some more digging to see if you can find a UK supplier or even look at ordering from the US perhaps.
