I have read that if there is a previous planning condition imposed on a development a planning permission application is necessary to undertake this development

I have read also that if a development is contrary to a planning condition this could be a reason why a planning permission could be refused

I would like to know if someone knows which pieces of legislation deal with these issues

where did you read these things? please provide your sources. and a picture of your dog.

thanks.

I find these things in documents which are available in the website of planning departments

Can you tell me which chapters of this act are relevant to my query?

You really need to be much more specific about the issue. Is it a real or hypothetical problem?

"Dog licensing was abolished in 1987. Prior to this dog licences were mandatory, but the requirement was widely ignored, with only about half of owners having one. The final rate for a dog licence was 37 pence, reduced from 37½p when the halfpenny was withdrawn in 1984. This figure was an exact conversion from 7/6 (seven shillings and sixpence) on decimalization in 1971. The revenue went to local authorities."
