During the course of last few days we've noticed our flat roof leaking into the house near the roof light (lantern). We have a fibre glass roof, which is about 19 years old, judging by the planning application.
I've noticed 'pin' hole cracks on the fibre glass and cracks along where the side meet the flat roof (circled in red), there are other parts which are cracked and peeling but on in one area.
What is the best product I can use/apply which will get me through this wet weather to then have a deeper look in the summer?
