Which shower tray to use ?

Any advise on the type of shower tray i need ?

I want it to be 1400 x 800 in size and low profile, so about 50mm high.

I have no idea which tray to go for so any tips?

Are the light weight ones no good. do i need a resin based on or solid stone ?

any help appreciated
