Which sim is which?

I get really poor signal from my mobile provider so have purchased a second sim for data use. Having inserted it, the disparity is clear, see pic. The trouble is, which signal-strength bar relates to which sim?

I can only assume that as it was poor before, the good one is the new one.

Go to Settings, network, sim cards. See which one is active for data. Switch that one off. Check home screen again.

If you drag down to get the screen behind, you'll see the two mobile provider names.

I think the left hand name relates to the left hand signal strength symbol.

If your poor data signal on the first sim is at your address I would suggest you take it up with them and they may allow you to break the contract with no fees
