in the 1950's bungalow where I live, all the walls are common brick, and floors are concrete, the plaster seems to be a sand/cement base with a green skim, what should I use on bricks where I need to do some plastering, if I intend to wallpaper and emulsion to finish?
Should it be...
1; pva,bonding,multifinish skim.
2;hardwall " "
3:sand cement lime multi finish
