Which Water Heater to use?

I have a small flat and wanted to install an electric water heater for the Kitchen and bathroom sinks. I was thinking of using the ZIP Aquapoint II (15L) beacue it seems fairly inexpensive and would do the job.

Can anybody reccomend this or any other type of water heater?

we fit them regularly in school prep rooms never had any other problems than elements
