Whining Hot Water

Hi everyone..........
Can anyone tell me when the hot water comes on in the morning, its not on very long and it starts to whine.

The only way to stop it is to run the hot water for a second or so and it stops then its O.K, then it does it again, run the hot water then stops .

Can anyone tell me why this happens or what could be causing this to happen is it pipe work or pump related.

Have had a new boiler recently but only renewed the pipe work connected to the boiler.

Well I suppose you will be surprised to hear that I have absolutely no idea!

Of course if you had mentioned the boiler make and model number then possibly I might have been able to think of something!
