Whining window.

One of my UPVC windows whines when the wind is in a certain direction. It's getting past the rubber seal. Any info on how to pull the window in (adjustment screw?)would be appreciated, it keeps waking me up!

Had exactly the same, after some detective work I replaced the strip on the top outside and resealed after cutting the old sealant off.
