hi have this fridge,we can get water out off dispencer but no ice not filling up resevior into container. motor sounds as if it is blowing when doors are closed and digital display shows numbers but no codes.freezer seems to defrost slightly but is it just a matter of time? any help would be grateful to the problem thank you

hi,fridge is showing -18 on freezer display but not freezing. fridge is 5 but not cold water comes out when paddle is pressed but no water is filling ice reserve and dispensing into container. motor /fan noise on but when doors open stops,close doors starts back on. turn off at plug or stanby then back on same numbers no codes just no cold temp
