WHIRLPOOL WASHING MACHINE

LIGHTS 1 AND 4 ARE FLASHING ON THE MACHINE. I HAVE TAKEN THE FILTER OFF AND CLEANED IT. THE PUMP ROTATES FREELY BUT THE LIGHTS ARE STILL FLASHING. ANY IDEAS?
