bosch classixx washing machine not spinning after cleaning pump?

our bosch classixx washing machine wasn't draining it was flashing 3 lights 1 3 and 5. i removed the pump and cleaned it out, put it back in and now machine wont spin. (drum not turning during cycle) although the drum moves freely when pushed manually.

all suggestions greatly received lol

do you mean you removed the pump, or the pump filter?

How old is it?

i removed the actual pump

the machine is 9 years old

I would suggest brushes on the motor may be low, or a blockage in the pipe

Maybe you did not re-install correctly.You don't normally need to remove to clear pump.
