Bosch Classixx wash m/c not spinning

I have got a Bosch classixx 1000 washing machine that will not spin. It seems to fill and drain quite happily, it seems to be just the drum that won't move at all.
I have removed the motor and replaced the bushes but this still has not solved the problem.
does anyone have any ideas what I can try next/
