Hi all, i'm getting a terrible condensation problem in my freestanding Double Garage, the roof is Felt with a gentle slope (not insulated). Moisture forms mainly on the cavity wall at the front (inside) and on the inside of the roof and the bricks are now getting white deposits on the outside. The floor is PVC tiled and the door is insulated double skinned, there is 1 airbrick and a couple of trickle vents over the window. My question is I've seen lots of whirlybird vents on roofs in the US and Aus but I don't think I've seen them here - why not? and would they help my problem?
