Hi I have a flat felted roof about 150 square metres There are no vents in it. Will condensation form inside and eventually cause the ceiling to collapse ?

Depends on the design of the roof. How was it insulated?
200 mm glass fibre
Cold roof + zero vents = condensation and mould/rot.
