Can someone please tell me if Scottish Power's White Meter tarriff always consists of an Off-Peak circuit and a normal circuit?

That's a lovely blast from the past, Grahame.
The 'White Meter' system used to provide two separate circuits for 'on' and 'off peak' fuse boxes.
The modern equivalent stiil provides a 'teleswitch' contactor, where storage heaters are used. But it's also possible to have a dual-tariff meter in other cases, so that the night time consumption is at a reduced rate.
