A 'working person' in general is someone who does a job and gets paid for it however that happens...

The real problem is with the people who claim to work when they don't and yet still get paid, usually by the taxpayer!

It's political games before the budget. I forecast that one side will say "you broke your manifesto pledge" and the other side will say "no we didn't". Fun and games...

That is a fact so all that have been mentioned are what she might do and some or all could be correct. Even the IFS are not keen on guessing but did mention that some areas of taxation are in need of an update and no clues as to which.
