But only if the equipment was smuggeled in from china or the states.
So no.. I wouldn't be paying full installation costs for starters.
I'd be cutting out a few middlemen intent on feathering their own nests.

London has a very high immigrant population who tend to vote Labour, not UKIP.

There is a large tax on heating bills to pay for solar and wind, and that hits the poor including pensioners. A lot of rich people had solar cells fitted to get the generous FIT.
