Who thinks Labour are doing well?

Gordon Brown did his fair share of f-ing up with his relaxing of banking regs which paved the way for the likes of Northern Rock to offer 125% mortgages. F-ing madness.
I agree, Gordon Brown was a useless chancellor, but the Tories did much more damage.

You still haven't answered this question:

Do you think Labour was responsible for all the subprime mortgages and Lehman brothers collapsing which lead to the 2008 financial crisis?

They were responsible for lots of over-leveraging by all the banks here in the UK. Which made us vulnerable when the world hiccupped.

Do you think every other country ended up taking over their own banks? They didn't, years of non-regulation created the perfect environment for a collapse.

Furthermore, Brooon's solution, of bailing out the banks, made us and subsequent generations much poorer and meant that no lessons were learned and have set things up for the next collapse.

I heard a few months ago that Rachel was about to reduce regulation on the banks. They never learn.

The US injected 700billion into its banks making them a major shareholder in multiple financial institutions.
