Right, slightly frustrated by this.

Have a Lifestyle LP522 ultimately controlling both the hot water and central heating - the water system is pressurised if that makes any difference. To control the central heating we have a Digistat SCR controlled by a remote RF1 transmitter. The transmitter is communicating with the SCR no problems (i.e. red light flashes every few minutes and depending on whether there is heating demand or not the green light comes on). Our problem is that when we get up the boiler is on and the house is heating up whereas once it hits the desired temp it turns off and stays off. Despite putting the heating up (followed by a green light on the SCR) the boiler does not come on again (i.e. in summary once the temp is hit the boiler never seems to come on again). If I turn on the hot water at anytime then the boiler comes on to heat the water up as expected.

Any ideas anybody ??

Thanks very much

Thanks very much for the pointer, the only thing I need confirmed is that I need a new SCR ? I am assuming that the RF1 transmitter is fine and I just need to buy a new SCR - I think it is around 5yrs old so not overly bothered that it has failed, just well impressed that somebody out there was able to help.
