Will cental heating flow though this pipewok ok

will central heating flow through this pipework ok without air locking is ,vertical, straight, vertical straight. On a sealed system.
 
Be worth putting a manual bleed vent at the highest level for getting air out when initially filling, but a good sealed system will not produce air so once its vented and running then no there would be no problem with that.
 
There is a rad at the top level so should this get all the air out?
 
Yea that would be fine. Probably need to bleed it a few times in the first few weeks then after it should be all good
 
Thanks the pipework shown is how the flow exits to boiler to the main run which rads branch off
