I am moving my kitchen from its current location to where my dinning room is. This is going to put my sink and dishwasher some 18ft away from where the current drain goes through the outside wall. As you can imagine, this means the drain pipe cannot run at much of an angle, so will i need a macerator to help things along? any advice would be much appreciated.

Can you not make a new hole in the wall lower than existing one to get correct fall.
You will need an anti vac trap as well for that length of pipe run.
Have a good look at all the possibilities as a macerater seems a bit extreme.

Use anti vac trap because of the length, 40 mm pipe with a 1 inch fall for every 40 inches.
